Carpet: Carpet is NOT included with your booth package. You may purchase carpet through Freeman. Aisles in the Exhibition Hall will be carpeted in gray carpet.
Important Hours for Exhibitors
Exhibition Hall Hours:
Friday, June 15, 10:00am-8:00pm
Saturday, June 16, 10:00am-6:00pm
Exhibitor Move-In
Thursday, June 14 from 12noon - 5:00pm
Registration will open at 12noon on Thursday, June 14 and you will be required to wear your badge during exhibit set-up. All booths must be set-up by 5:00pm on Thursday, June 14.
Exhibitor Move-Out:
Saturday, June 16 beginning at 6:00pm. Exhibitors may not tear down booths prior to the official show closing time. All exhibitor materials must be removed from the Exhibition floor by 9:00pm on Saturday, June 16.
