- Exhibitor Move-In: 7am to 12noon
- Locations Show OPEN: 1pm to 5pm

AFCI LOCATIONS SHOW EXHIBITOR DASHBOARD
Once the AFCI has received your deposit payment for your booth purchase, you may access your exhibitor profile:
Once you have logged in to your Exhibitor Dashboard, please Register Booth Staff. Be sure to add the names of the individuals who will be staffing your booth. Adding these names ahead of the show will make registration at the show site go much faster for you!
NOTE: Remember that each 10' x 10' booth is allowed up to SIX badges personnel. This limit has been set by the Los Angeles fire marshal and cannot be changed.
In order to allow Locations Show attendees to search for just theright Film Commission or organization for their current projects, they are given access to the database of exhibitors. So that the attendees can find you, please Select Your Product Categories from the checklist. In addition, please Set Your Availability for Appointments. This will allow attendees to set appointments with you during the Show.
ORDER ITEMS FOR YOUR BOOTH THROUGH FREEMAN DECORATING
Freeman Decorating is the AFCI's preferred vendor for rental booth furniture, booth displays, booth labor, graphics and signage creation and hanging.
To place your order with Freeman, you can access Freeman Online(R) (you will be required to log-in or create an account) or you can download the Freeman Order Form. In order to take advantage of advance order discount rates, please place your order by June 5th.

| Insurance Certicate is due to the AFCI. Please forward your Certificate of Insurance to [email protected]. Please see General Insurance Requirements to make sure your coverage is appropriate and adaquate. Should you need to purchase insurance for the duration of the show go to Rainprotection.net to purchase a short term policy. If you hire a Contractor to provide services within your booth during the show, you will need to forward their Certificate of Insurance, complying with our General Insurance Requirements to the AFCI as well. | ||

| ALL outside contractors, such as I & D companies, design houses, production companies, technicians, models, and entertainers, are considered exhibitor-appointed contractors. An exhibitor-appointed contractor is any company other than the designated official contractors name by AFCI Locations Show 2013 that provides a service, (i.e. display, installation / tear down, models, entertainers, florists, photographers, audio visual, and / or their subcontractors), that requires access to your exhibit any time during the installation, show dates, or dismantling of the AFCI Locations Show 2013. Event Management will deny access to the floor to any company or person in this category not complying with the exhibitor-appointed contractor requirements. We will grant NO EXCEPTIONS. | ||

| The Sheraton Downtown is offering AFCI members and exhibitors a group rate of $169 / night during the week of the Locations Show. The last day the Sheraton will take reservations at this special rate is May 22nd. | ||

| For the first time, 2013 exhibitors of Locations Show will receive WiFi access as part of their booth rental. Please note that the service provided with your booth will not be lightning fast: you may have issues if you try to stream video or transfer a lot of data. Routers are not allowed on this service.
