Kaye Elliott is Head of Production Services for Creative England, a national agency that invests in and supports creative ideas, talent and businesses in film, TV, games and digital media.  She leads a national team dedicated to providing a first class free support service to film and TV production to shoot in England outside London, providing access to location, studios, crew, facilities and filming permissions.  Kaye is also responsible for developing partnerships with local government across England to improve the filming infrastructure in the English regions, as well as promoting England as a first class production centre.   Before joining Creative England, Kaye was Executive Director at Vision+Media. Other roles include Director of Inward Investment at Vision+Media and Community Liaison at Company Pictures.
