As Senior Business Development Manager for the Film & TV in the Welsh Government Creative Industries Sector, Jonathan and his team are responsible for attracting and facilitating Film, TV and animation production to Wales. Jonathan is responsible for managing the delivery of Welsh Government's Business Finance for High End TV Production and supporting production companies in accessing UK tax relief for High-End Television. He also manages the Wales Screen Commission which encourages productions to use Welsh locations, crew and facilities. His team are responsible for assisting productions with planning and financial support to adapt former industrial sites and warehouses into ‘Studio’ or ‘Build’ Space. Jonathan is responsible for ensuring productions access the best possible award-winning talent from Wales who have produced series such as Sherlock, Doctor Who and Da Vinci’s Demons and that flexible funding is accessible to support training costs to develop the skills of production crew.

Jonathan has worked with many of the major broadcaster in UK including the BBC, and Channel 4, he had assisted on many high profile projects for clients including Boom Pictures, Tinopolis, BBC Worldwide and Starz.  He has extensive experience of delivering public money to the Creative Industries Sector and managing high level relationships with Creative businesses, and key stakeholders in the UK.
