John Heinsen
CEO & Executive Producer, Bunnygraph Entertainment
Founded in 2008, John Heinsen and his company Bunnygraph Entertainment, work with writers, talent, and technologists to create serialized formats for television, interactive/web and mobile platforms in what he calls “Storytelling through Advanced Content”. John’s recent projects include the independent feature film A Tigers Tail as well as the 84th, 85th, and 86th Academy Awards, where he has served as Transmedia Producer (Director of Production) for the Disney ABC Television Group overseeing all web, mobile and social media for Oscar.com and The Oscars Backstage (Emmy Winning 2nd Screen Experience).
A well regarded thought leader on digital entertainment and technology; John is a regular panelist and moderator at CTIA Super Mobility Week, NATPE, the PiFan Fantastic Film Festival (South Korea) and most recently the Black Nights Film Festival (Tallinn, Estonia). John’s 20 year career in entertainment includes experience at the FOX Broadcasting Company, International Creative Management (ICM), and Castle Rock Entertainment. He serves as Chairman, New Media Council and Vice President for the Producers Guild of America (PGA) and sits on the Executive Committee of the Producers Peer Group of the Television Academy. John is a Graduate of the AFI Conservatory and the University of Arizona.
