Cyndy McCrossen
Location Scout
Cyndy McCrossen is a native and current resident of the state of New Mexico. She has several decades of experience in the photography and film industry. For many years she was a producer for still-photography advertising and editorial work. She is considered well versed in contract negotiation for photographers and has served through several foundations including the American Society of Media Photographers. She was president of the Stock Artists Alliance and continues to work as an advocate for artist’s rights and fair business practices.
She is an expert location scout specializing in the state of New Mexico. She has been the key scout and key assistant location manager for several seasons of the award winning TV series Breaking Bad, In Plain Sight and now the new AMC series Better Call Saul. Her credits include many commercial spots, fashion catalogs, television shows and feature films large and small. She loves to work closely with writers, directors and production designers, always striving to bring home the most compatible and stimulating locations to each and every script. The beautiful landscape, people and places of the desert south bring her inspiration everyday.
