Craig Sheftell is a long- recognized investment banker and industry leader in the Tax Credit industry. As a founder and Managing Director of Fallbrook Credit Finance, Mr. Sheftell has 29 years of investment banking and finance experience, having invested over $3 billion in motion picture tax credits, affordable housing tax credits, historic tax credits, new markets tax credits and renewable energy tax credits. Prior to forming Fallbrook Credit Finance Mr. Sheftell served as Senior Vice President at Smith Barney responsible for managing a $2 billion fixed income, corporate cash portfolio for fortune 200 companies. Mr. Sheftell is a frequent speaker at industry conferences. He earned a BA from the University of South Florida.
