President and Executive Producer of La Fabrica USA. Born in Mexico City, where he started his commercial production career in 1991 as a PA, Cesar has worked every position in production. In 2000 he became partner at La Fabrica Films Mexico, and in 2001 co-founded La Fabrica USA, currently among the top five production companies of the US Hispanic Market. He has produced projects shot in Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Guatemala and Puerto Rico. (He has produced projects in Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Guatemala and Puerto Rico.
