Andrew Stewart

Andrew Stewart is an entertainment journalist, who has been covering box office for Variety for more than three years. In addition to the box office, he reports on distribution, including digital and on-demand platforms, independent film and theatrical exhibition. Before that he worked as an online editor for the trade. Stewart comes from the Midwest, where he received bachelor’s degrees in news-editorial and film studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
