Aaron Mendelsohn

Aaron is a lifetime WGA member. He is best known for co-creating and co-writing the successful Air Bud family film franchise, which has sired eleven sequels to date. Aaron recently wrote the feature Princes for Warner Bros and producer Akiva Goldsman and the drama pilot The Associate for Sony and executive producer David Shore. He currently has the animated series Hoods in development at Cartoon Network. Other produced projects include the ABC Family holiday movie The 12 Dates of Christmas, the Lifetime TV movie Change of Heart, the Fox TV series Kindred: The Embraced, and the independent feature Chapter Zero, which he also directed. Aaron has also written film and TV projects for Fox, New Line, Showtime, Paramount, New Regency, Hasbro Studios, Bob Yari, Lightstorm, and Arnold Kopelson. 
 
Aaron has done extensive work outside the US, writing live action and animated features for companies based in China, Japan, Germany and Canada. Most of the projects were Guild covered. He was recently re-elected to his fifth term on the Board of Directors of the WGAW.  He chairs the Foreign Employers Task Force, the Publicity & Marketing Committee, and the Committee Advisory Panel (CAP).
