Association of Film Commissioner’s International

In accordance with state and federal laws, it is the policy of the Association of Film Commissioners International (“AFCI”) to safeguard personal information collected via this website.  The identifies our practices when you provide personal information to us, whether collected through cookies, automated processes when you visit us online to browse, obtain information, or conduct a transaction.  Personal information may include your name, email, mailing and/or home address, phone numbers, or other information that identifies you personally.  We do not require you to register or provide personal information to visit our website.

AFCI t does not collect personal information about you when you simply visit our website, unless you choose to provide such information to us through online forms or intended contacts with us.  Submitting personal information through our website is voluntary.  By doing so, you are giving AFCI your permission to use the information for whatever the stated purpose may be.

The AFCI website will allow you to send us an email.  We will use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry.  Email is not secure against interception.  Therefore, we suggest that you do not send sensitive personal data to us via email.  If your intended email communication is confidential or personal information you should send it only by way of a secure web page or another route such as a fax or U.S. mail.  

Email messages are maintained for varying periods and are deleted from our email systems when no longer needed.

We hold our contractors and other third-party providers to the same standards that we use to ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of personal information they may have access to in the course of their work completed on behalf of AFCI.
