Age Requirements

All participants at the 2014 AFCI Locations Show must be 18 years of age or older.  No exceptions.

Audio / Video / Streaming / Photography Policy

By registering for the AFCI Locations Show 2014, (the “AFCI Show”) you acknowledge and understand that AFCI may engage photographers and/or videographers to capture all aspects of this event. Photographs, or Audio and Video content captured (hereinafter “Recordings”) may be used in any or all of AFCI’s publications including its website and other digital media.  You expressly acknowledge that these Recordings may include your picture, image, voice, or likeness.  You agree that AFCI’s Recordings may be utilized in the aforementioned manner, and that you waive all rights to privacy, compensation or royalties for usage of the AFCI’s Recordings. 

Further, with your registration to the AFCI Show, you agree and acknowledge that any Recordings you make during the AFCI Show are allowed only for personal, private and non-commercial use.  Any images or sounds captured in the Recordings are the property of the AFCI.  In addition, any Recordings in the exhibit hall may require the permission of the exhibitor whose booth is subject of the Recordings. Recordings cannot be copied, altered, sold, exhibited, broadcast, or further distributed without AFCI’s prior written consent. AFCI retains the right to revoke consent to allow any Recordings made during the AFCI Show. No disruptions of the events due to Recordings shall be tolerated and violators of this restriction may be asked to leave. Recordings are prohibited in any AFCI session room. Moreover, Streaming from the AFCI is prohibited except for those who are under contract with the AFCI to do so.

No Recordings may be made using strobe or other supplemental lighting in a room where a projector or computer display is in use.  AFCI is the sole owner of the rights to any Recordings made at the AFCI Show, and; AFCI may limit, at its sole discretion, the locations, times and subjects available for Recordings.
